CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen and come up, however, out of respect for our time and other clients, please try to provide us with a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the booked services. Thank you for respecting our policies and valuing our time! KB Salon Guarantee Policy: We want you to love your hair, that is always our first priority. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to your stylist within 2 weeks of the scheduled appointment and we are more than happy to provide you with a complimentary adjustment! Please be aware that a change of mind is not an adjustment - if you decided what you were given based on the consultation is not the look for you, we would be happy to schedule you a new appointment at our next available date! Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the service(s) booked and will need to adjust the services to accomodate the time remaining for the appointment.
