CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen and come up, however, out of respect for our time and other clients, please try to provide us with a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the booked services. Thank you for respecting our policies and valuing our time! KB Salon Guarantee Policy: We want you to love your hair, that is always our first priority. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to your stylist within 2 weeks of the scheduled appointment and we are more than happy to provide you with a complimentary adjustment! Please be aware that a change of mind is not an adjustment - if you decided what you were given based on the consultation is not the look for you, we would be happy to schedule you a new appointment at our next available date! Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the service(s) booked and will need to adjust the services to accomodate the time remaining for the appointment. Hello! I’m Kenadi Songer, a small town Iowa born and raised hairstylist with a love for effortless, luxury, natural hair. I have been behind the chair for 2 years, creating the hair that you dream of and continuing my education. My favorite things to do behind the chair include but are not limited to; lived-in, dimensional, reds, blondes, color corrections, and extensions! Outside of behind the chair, you can find me spending time with my people, at concerts, planning the next trip to go on, or shopping! When booking with me, I never want pricing to be a shock to you. I want my clients to know what to expect when coming to get their hair done. In the consultation we will go over pricing and have open communication about your investment.
